So I’ve been looking for a job since the beginning of January, and my experience has been similar to everything else in my life. I seem to have long droughts, and then when it rains, it pours.

Yesterday I received an offer from a very prestigious bank, in Charlotte, I could ride my bike to work, weather is still nice here (ie no snow), in the same office 9-5 everyday.

Today I had an interview in Atlanta, and received an offer to work in my choice of Chicago, Atlanta, or Grand Rapids, working on the buy side of transaction services for a smaller, but very reputable firm.

I devoted the entire drive back from Atlanta to pondering this, and I’m sure I’ll spend much of the weekend doing the same.

I know many of my friends read the ramblings that I post here, and my family has already heard it all over the phone, but I would love to hear any and all thoughts (it would be great to get some from the somewhat random traffic that views my blog), no matter how insignificanct they may seem.

So even comments like, “Grand Rapids has too many pot holes,” are more than appreciated.
